SUPPORT FOR PGH
Please help us donate supplies for the hospital staff at Philippine General Hospital in Manila as they fight on the frontlines against the evolving COVID-19 outbreak.
BACKGROUND
We are family and friends of the doctors and nurses at PGH seeking your support.
University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (PGH) is one of main COVID-19 centers designated by the Department of Health and is our biggest charity government hospital in the Philippines. The hospital will be receiving and caring for many of the charity patients affected by the virus. Even though our doctors, nurses and other hospital workers are experts at what they do, they will be facing the crisis with a severe shortage of protective equipment and skeletal hospital manpower.

At the moment, we can also still help. First and foremost, we must all do our part in closely practicing preventive guidelines and adhering to our local community containment measures. If you’re willing to go even further, then join us in this effort to raise money for supplies for the brave staff on the frontlines.
For reference, there may be 500-1000 hospital staff in direct contact with infected patients each day.(And increasingly more now that PGH has been announced as one of three hospitals exclusive for COVID-19 patients).
